Working with Ironcraft Studio
These terms explain how Ironcraft Studio provides custom WordPress websites, hosting, and SEO services for clients in Sebastian, Florida, and nationwide.
Services and proposals
Project scope, pricing, and deliverables are confirmed in writing before work begins. Estimates may change if requirements change; we will communicate material changes before proceeding.
Client responsibilities
Clients provide accurate content, approvals, and access needed for the project. Delays caused by missing materials may affect delivery dates.
Payments and ownership
Projects start with a 50% deposit to reserve your spot and begin work. The remaining 50% is due when your site is approved and ready to launch, and the site goes live once final payment is received. Once paid in full, you own your website, including its content, the images you provided and the design. Hosting, maintenance and SEO are optional monthly services billed separately and can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice; you keep your site if you move it.

Acceptable use
Use our services lawfully and do not introduce malicious code, infringe rights, or misuse site access.
Intellectual property
Content you provide, like text, photos and logos, remains yours. Ironcraft Studio retains rights to its own tools, methods and pre-existing materials, and grants you full use of them as part of your site.
Warranties and limitations
Services are provided with reasonable care, but uninterrupted operation, third-party services, and specific results cannot be guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, each party’s liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected service.
Ending a project
Either party may end an engagement with written notice. Fees for completed work and approved expenses remain due, and access credentials or materials will be transferred as agreed.
