How much does a website cost?
Every site is a one-time build priced by scope. Launch is $1K for a clean custom WordPress site that gets a small business online. Grow runs $1K–3K and adds more pages and a local SEO foundation. Partner starts at $4K for bigger sites, multiple locations or special features. You get a written scope and price before any work starts, so there are no surprises.
How do payments work?
Builds are billed in two parts. A 50% deposit reserves your spot and starts the work. The remaining 50% is due when your site is approved and ready to launch, and the site goes live once that final payment is received. Hosting, maintenance and ongoing SEO are separate, optional monthly services, so the build price is the build price.
How long does a website take to build?
Most Launch sites take about 2–3 weeks, and Grow sites about 4–6 weeks. Partner projects are scheduled based on scope. Week one is planning: we agree on pages, content and goals. Then I build, you review, and we launch once you’re happy. Having your content and photos ready is the biggest thing that keeps a project on schedule.
Who owns the website?
You do. Once the build is paid in full, you own your website, including its content, the images you provided and the design created for you. If you ever decide to move on, access and materials are transferred as agreed. Ironcraft Studio keeps rights only to its own tools, methods and pre-existing materials.
What do you need from me?
A clear picture of your services, your service area and the customers you want more of. Beyond that: your logo, any photos you have, basic business details and access to your domain and any existing site or Google Business Profile. I can help organize and write page content, but timely feedback and approvals from you keep the project on schedule.
Do you provide hosting and maintenance?
Yes. I host WordPress sites on fast managed servers behind Cloudflare, with SSL, automatic backups, uptime monitoring and careful core, theme and plugin updates. Small content edits are handled by the same person who built your site. Hosting and maintenance are optional and billed monthly, and you can cancel monthly services with 30 days’ notice.
How is SEO billed?
Every new build ships SEO-ready, with Rank Math configured, titles and meta descriptions written, a sitemap submitted and schema added. Ongoing SEO, like content, local pages and Google Business Profile work, is an optional monthly service quoted to fit your goals. Nobody can honestly guarantee rankings, and I won’t. You get careful, transparent work and know what was changed and why.
How do you use AI, and is my site still custom?
AI tools handle slow, repetitive work like first-draft layouts and code scaffolding. That frees my time for design, messaging, testing and quality checks, and it’s why I can charge less than a typical agency. The savings go to you. Every site is still planned around your business and reviewed by me, never a recycled template, and you work with me directly throughout.
Do you work with clients outside the Treasure Coast?
Yes. I’m located in Sebastian, FL, and happy to meet clients in person here in Sebastian, or by video call. Clients anywhere else in the U.S. get the same builder and the same process by phone, email, video call and screen sharing. Most of my live portfolio is for businesses that serve customers nationwide, like freight brokers and transport companies.
Can you redesign my existing website?
Yes. I start by reviewing your current site: what’s working, what’s slowing it down and which pages bring in traffic. From there I rebuild it in custom WordPress, keep or improve the content that matters and set up redirects so you don’t lose search visibility you’ve already earned. If your current site doesn’t need a full rebuild, I’ll say so.
